Power Play Rinks offers recreational and athletic programs and services including, but not limited to, public skating, hockey, figure skating, Learn to Skate and Learn to Play programs, clinics, camps, ice rentals, birthday parties, bumper cars on ice, training programs, and other special events.

Power Play Rinks may modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel activities when necessary due to weather, ice conditions, facility operations, enrollment, safety concerns, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

6. Program and Schedule Changes
Program schedules, instructors, coaches, ice times, event dates, and other details are subject to change.
Participants are responsible for checking current schedules and program information before arriving at the facility.
Power Play Rinks may make reasonable changes to programs, schedules, or facility operations when necessary.
7. Participant Safety and Conduct
Ice skating, hockey, bumper cars on ice, training, and other recreational or athletic activities involve inherent risks.
All participants and visitors are expected to follow posted rules, equipment requirements, safety instructions, and directions provided by Power Play Rinks staff.
Power Play Rinks reserves the right to refuse participation or remove an individual from an activity or the facility when the individual creates a safety concern, violates facility rules, engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior, or fails to follow staff instructions.
Specific activities may have additional safety requirements.
8. Assumption of Risk and Waivers
Participation in skating, hockey, athletic training, bumper cars, and other recreational activities may involve risks of injury.
Where required, participants must complete any applicable waiver, release, consent form, or other participation documentation before taking part in an activity.
For participants who are minors, a parent or legal guardian may be required to complete registration forms, waivers, or other documentation on the minor’s behalf.
Any activity specific waiver or release presented during registration or participation is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an activity specific waiver regarding participation risks, the activity specific waiver will govern to the extent permitted by law.
9. Minors
Many Power Play Rinks programs are intended for children and teenagers. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for registering a minor where required and for providing accurate information regarding the participant.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing applicable program requirements, safety rules, waivers, equipment requirements, and pickup or supervision requirements.
10. Personal Property
Participants and visitors are responsible for their own personal property while at Power Play Rinks.
To the extent permitted by law, Power Play Rinks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
11. Email Communications
When you provide your email address to Power Play Rinks, you may receive communications related to registrations, programs, schedules, events, account activity, customer service, and other transactions.
Where you have provided appropriate consent, Power Play Rinks may also send promotional emails regarding programs, events, special offers, and rink updates.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Transactional or service related communications may still be sent when necessary.
