Adult Instructional & I League Hockey

2026 & 2027 Season

Want to play hockey but aren’t quite ready for leagues? Do you play in a league now but just aren’t satisfied with your skills? If so, this is for you!

Learn the game of hockey from individual skills to all out-team play.

Required: Hockey Helmet with half shield or mask, Elbow Pads, Gloves, Hockey Pants, Shoulder pads, hockey socks, Shin Pads, cup/pelvic & Stick.  Gear is available ushockeysupply.com.

ADULT INSTRUCTIONAL HOCKEY         

Step 1: for new to newer players

        Want to show your kids rather than tell them? Want to play hockey?  Want to try hockey and can skate? This is for you!

 Learn individual skills, terminology & team play for beginners plus C & D level players.

Includes coaching, jersey, games played inter-squad. Required: Full gear plus Hockey Helmet with half shield or mask.

Session 1 – 2027 Thursdays – 9 Nights- $275

Practices – 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/15 / Games – 4/1, 4/8, 4/22, 4/29

Times always 8pm-9pm (except 3/25 is 8:05pm) – Gear available in our shop or at ushockeysupply.com

Session 2 – 2027 Thursdays – 9 Nights – $275

Practices – 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 6/3, 6/17,   /  Games – 5/27, 6/10, 6/24, 7/1

ADULT I-LEAGUE HOCKEY

Ready for the next step in your hockey journey? Want to play hockey but need more development?

Do you play in a league now but just aren’t satisfied with your skills?  If so, this is for you!  Develop your skills & build better game knowledge in a team environment.

Sessions include 20+hrs of ice time, coaching skills and strategies, Perfect for beginner, C & low B players.

 Required: Full gear & Hockey Helmet with half shield or full cage required.  All ice times are 1.25hrs long.
