The Lab – Our Philosophy
The longevity of an athlete’s career is of the utmost importance to our Strength Coaches. They will focus on increasing a player’s agility, balance, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, explosiveness, mobility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, power, reaction time, speed, and stability. We believe all athletes do not fall into the same category. Our Strength Coaches will customize every athlete’s S4 program by incorporating a movement screening to hone in on mobility and stability exercises that create better movement patterns, therefore, reducing potential injuries by using our scientifically designed strength and conditioning program. Every athlete should expect to improve their athletic performance by utilizing our S4 program or a Team-based Strength & Conditioning program. We will use the most up-to-date scientific research in the field to develop our athletes. Our Strength Coaches are passionate about helping athletes succeed by focusing on the science behind the movements.
