Adult Instructional Hockey

Want to play hockey but aren’t quite ready for leagues? Do you play in a league now but just aren’t satisfied with your skills? If so, this is for you!  Learn the game of hockey from individual skills to all out-team play.  Sessions include coaching and a jersey.  Games will be played inter-squad if enrollment allows or an opponent will be assigned. Required: Hockey Helmet with half shield or mask, Elbow Pads, Gloves, Hockey Pants, Shoulder pads, hockey socks, Shin Pads, cup/pelvic & Stick.  Gear is available ushockeysupply.com.

Power Play Rinks I-League

This is a quick reminder that the Power Play Rinks I-League is just around the corner! We’re thrilled to have you join us for this exciting 12-week program, designed to enhance your skills and knowledge of the game in a fun and supportive environment.

 

Program Overview:

    •         Duration: 12 weeks (6 games, 6 practices)

    •         Start Date: Monday, December 30, 8:30pm (Practice)

    •         Structure: Practices to develop skills and systems, and games with referees and scorekeepers. Teams will be balanced after the initial two practices.

 

Important Details:

    •         Jerseys: Players will receive both home and away jerseys.

    •         Games: Three 12-minute periods with stop time. Minor penalties result in penalty shots; major penalties result in ejection.

    •         ROHL Captains: An opportunity to showcase your skills and connect with captains scouting for upcoming seasons.
