Our Philosophy

The longevity of an athletes career is of the utmost importance to our Strength Coaches.  They will focus on increasing a players agility, balance, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, explosiveness, mobility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, power, reaction time, speed, and stability. We believe all athletes do not fall into the same category. Our Strength Coaches will customize every athletes S4 program by incorporating a movement screening to hone in on mobility and stability exercises that create better movement patterns therefore reducing potential injuries by using our scientifically designed strength and conditioning program. Every athlete should expect to improve their athletic performance by utilizing our S4 program or a Team based Strength & Conditioning program. We will use the most up-to-date scientific research in the field to develop our athletes. Our Strength Coaches are passionate about helping athletes succeed by focusing on the science behind the movements.  

 

Speed Clinic

Are you looking to become faster and more dominant on the ice? Speed is a valuable tool that athletes can use to take their game to the next level! It’s a common belief that speed can’t be taught, but this isn’t true.  Through specific training and breaking down the fundamentals, untapped speed can be released.  This is a high-intensity, focused program designed to help athletes develop the speed, agility and explosiveness they need.  Exercises and drill selections are geared towards the athlete becoming more powerful, quicker and more explosive and in turn become faster with their sport-specific needs in mind.  Allow us to help you build these skills through our training and leave the competition in the dust!

Our staple program for athletes is back once again this season!  With nine separate time slots set up throughout the week we have the availability to get tons of athletes upstairs and working hard towards refining their skills and improving their sports performance!  Make your way upstairs to be pushed through our high intensity, specifically selected exercises and drills that can make you a better athlete on and off the ice!
