Revolutionizing the way to develop young hockey players!DYNA-MITES Spring 2012 Program InformationThe Exton Dyna-Mites also have a Spring program that focuses on developing a players individual skills. To obtain this goal we use small groups with a low teacher/ student ratio. This allows coaches to critique every player more closely. The program includes one practice and one game per week. The program runs on Mondays at 5:55pm and Fridays at 5:45pm. The program is open to all players age 8 and under. Cost $275 Starts March 19th and ends June 29th.  DYNA-MITES Fall/Winter 2011-12 Program Information Mission Statement To create a core group of individuals at the same birth year, develop their skills, and grow friendships for years to come. To move players to the Squirt level with basic skills, knowledge, friendships, and love of the game. History The Dyna-Mites have been one of the largest and premier Mite programs in the area for the past four years. The Dyna-Mites have prided themselves on grooming players for the next level of hockey while instilling an appreciation and love of the game. The Future There have been many changes within the Mite birth year over the past two years. USA Hockey has mandated that all Mite players play cross ice or half ice games. The Dyna-Mites have returned to their original structure of two practices per week and games on the weekend. Programs The Dyna-Mites will be offering three different teams next season to cater to each player’s birth year and ability. Dyna-Mite Orange 2004 Birth Years Coach Joe Vela 2 Practices Per Week (Mon - 5:05-5:55pm, Thurs. - 5:00-5:50pm) Minimum of 18 Games (DVHL Pending) 2 Tournaments End Of Year Party Cost: $975 Dyna-Mite Navy 2005-2006 Birth Years Coach Joe D’Alessandro 2 Practices Per Week (Mon - 5:05-5:55pm, Thurs. - 5:00-5:50pm) Minimum of 18 Games (DVHL Pending) 2 Tournaments End of Year Party Cost: $975 Dyna-Mite White 2006-2007 Birth Years Coach Joe Toner 2 Practices Per Week (Mon - 5:05-5:55pm, Sat.) Minimum of 10 Games 1 Tournament Practice Jersey End of Year Party Cost: $750 Registration How to Become a Dyna-Mite: Stop by Power Play and register, this will require a $300 deposit. Go online to usahockey.com. On this website you need to click players and hit register online. You are registering your ice hockey player for the 2011-2012 hockey season. Bring your USA Hockey confirmation sheet that you print out to your first practice. Purchase your game jersey and socks out of the Pro Shop, U.S Hockey Supply.
